Many people have asked for me to share my work out routine with them so that they can get an idea on where and how to start the process of getting fit. My goal is to work out 4 times a week, sometimes I work out more days and sometimes I work out less. It all depends on my schedule. I dance two days a week so I don’t usually work out on those days.
-3 mile run on elliptical
-2 sets of 50 plank hip dips
-2 sets of 50 squats
-2 sets of sumo squats with a set of 25 lb weights
